# Copy-paste Since songs usually contain repeating parts, Karedi lets you copy-paste parts of songs in various modes in order to help you avoid doing the same work twice. Usually you want to use the [standard copy-paste](/karedi/next-level/copy-paste/standard-copy-paste.md) mode, it is especially useful for choruses where both tones & lyrics are repeated.
